The production process is quite complex and consists of more than a dozen manipulations, many of which are carried out manually. The body of high-quality ceramic paste based on kaolin, firing at a temperature of over 1100 degrees, a coating of durable glaze and polishing provide the dishes with resistance to wear, abrasion, mechanical damage and chipping.
